As you're able to call other numbers without any issues and the problem only occurs when calling 0161 669 3180, this may indicate that the issue is with the destination number or its provider rather than your iD Mobile service.

Before anything else, could you try the following:

• Ensure you have a bill cap in place that's high enough to allow any chargeable calls to connect.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then back off.
• Restart your phone.
• Perform a network settings reset.

For iPhone:

• Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.
• Tap Reset Network Settings.

For Android:

• Go to Settings > General Management (or System).
• Tap Reset.
• Select Reset Network Settings.

As the issue appears to be isolated to this single number, it's possible that there's an issue on the receiving side, such as with the number's routing or service provider.
