service not working

My phone cuts out after minutes, sometimes no one can contact me & no service at times. It's really frustrating, it's been going on for ages.

    I live in EH16 and my phone has not been working properly for days. No network coverage outside home and even when I try to video people using WhatsApp or FaceTime, they say video is blurry and can’t hear me properly. Time to change network if it doesn’t improve!
