shows 4g but can't connect regardless

my android samsung shows 4g but doesnt connect to the internet wherever i am. im currently in ne42 5lj, the website says coverage is fine - ive tried all the fixes, reset sim, airplane mode on and off, check settings, nothing works. i am paid up to date and should have unlimited data

As you’ve already tried the standard troubleshooting steps, please try setting your handset to 4G/LTE only, as this can sometimes improve data stability:

On Samsung (Android):

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap Connections
  • Select Mobile Networks
  • Tap Network Mode
  • Choose 4G/LTE only

Once selected, restart your handset and test your data connection again.
