signal and mobile data not working properly

Hi i tried to call id mobile to discuss this but was unsuccessful due to my signal. My signal and data doesn't work alot of the time. Is there a way to fix this or a way to cancel my plan without having to pay a big leaving fee.

or try to reinsert your SIM or try your SIM in another phone. This will determine whether the issue is with the handset or with the SIM card itself.
