    Hi @B wilk20019.

Thanks for letting us know, and sorry to hear you've been experiencing this, a change in signal or dropped calls in areas that used to work fine can be frustrating, especially over a few months.

Here are a couple of quick things that may help narrow down the cause:

    • Please check our coverage checker for your specific area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage.
    • Try removing and reinserting your SIM card
    • If possible, try your SIM in another phone; this will help determine whether the issue lies with the handset or the SIM itself.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita

    Hi @B wilk20019,

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve recently started experiencing poor signal and dropped calls, especially after having no issues with the service previously.

As this has been ongoing for around three months, please contact our Live Chat team so they can check the coverage and service in your area, review your account and investigate the issue further. https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
