signal problems?

My android phone calls are not connecting to anybody. Not even 4444.  What's app is connecting with calls and getting messages. Tried everything that's been suggested. SIM out SIM in. Bluetooth reset. Wife has just checked hers and same. Checked online and it says no problems.

I went to Currys last night and replaced it there. 

Seems to be working well now.

I’m sorry to hear you’re both experiencing issues with making calls.  I understand how concerning that must be.

 

Based on what you’ve described, I would recommend trying a replacement SIM, as this can often resolve calling issues like the ones you’re experiencing. You can pick one up from your nearest Currys store.

 

Alternatively, you can contact us directly via Live Chat here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and we can arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent out to your home.

 

If the issue continues after that, our team will be able to investigate further for you.
