signal problems

Hi. Not sure whats happening when I recive a call it goes straight to voice mail after I get a message this person tried calling me but WhatsApp calls work fine, whats happening im seriously not happy with this service at all its been like that since ive taken it out. Not only me but my son also has the same plan and he has the same issues.

    Thank you for your post.  I’m really sorry you and your son are both experiencing calls going straight to voicemail, especially since this has been happening since you took out the plan.

     

    Could you please try a network reset on your device? This often helps resolve call routing and registration issues.

     

    For Android:

    Open Settings.

    Tap General management.

    Tap Reset.

    Tap Reset network settings.

     

    For iPhone:

    Go to Settings > Phone > My Number.

    Use the delete button to remove the old number.

    Use the keypad to enter the new number and tap Save.

    Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.

    Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

    Once the phone restarts, go to Settings > Messages and turn ON iMessage.

     

    This will help your device recognise and verify the SIM correctly.
