Sim not working

I've been using a esim abroad and now that I'm back I can't see my ID sim as an option in my network. Tried restarting, turning on airplane mode etc but still no network coverage

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like your eSIM may not have reconnected to the UK network after using it abroad. Please try the following steps:
 

Restart your phone again.

Toggle Airplane mode on and off.

Go to Settings → Mobile Network → Network Operators and try to manually select iD Mobile.

If you’re still not seeing the network, try removing and reinstalling the eSIM using the QR code or details you were originally provided.
 

If the issue continues, please let us know so we can check your eSIM and network settings on our side.
