sim wont connect to mobile data

My sim won't connect to my mobile data can anyone help, also why doesn't ID mobile have a customer number apart from complaints??

    Hi ​@Oatibix,

     

    We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your mobile data.

     

    We'd recommend trying the following:

    • Restart your phone.
    • Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
    • Remove and reinsert your SIM (if you're using a physical SIM).
    • Make sure Mobile Data is turned on.
    • Check that Network Selection is set to Automatic.

     

    You can also try a network reset:

    iPhone

    • Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

    Android (steps may vary by device)

    • Go to Settings > General Management or System > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

     

    After the reset, restart your phone and test your mobile data again.

     

    If it's still not working, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can run further checks on your account and SIM.
