slow speeds.tried all the tips

I'm struggling.. had consistent speeds for over two years..now constantly not allowing data to work even though router says it's connected to the nearest tower with three put of five bars.. good signal quality, seems something isn't right.. shall I just get a new SIM for my WiFi router?

I put my mobile SIM card in and it's back up and working..
