So Slow Internet

Hi last few days internet slow down from 300mbps to 1-2 mbps I think maybe problem with my phone I reset same story and my other 2 phone slow to. I have 3 network mobile internet and same story. There any issue with network in Leicester le28 area?

Hi till last thursday was no problem.  This before thath happened.

Anythink whats i can do or just change network? I have together 3 phones and 1 mobile internet. If that will still working like this i have to change network. Please help me out. Or tell me  how long that will keep low data speed.

Could you please try manually connecting to our network to see if this improves your speed, as the mast may be slower due to high usage in your area.

Please follow the steps below, as this will connect your device to the strongest available mast, and let us know if you notice any improvement.

 

Can you try the below for me please and see if you can use services.

 

Apple:
 
Press Settings.
Press Mobile Service.
Press Network Selection.
Press the indicator next to "Automatic" to turn automatic network selection on or off.
If you turn off the function, press the required network which will be iD mobile.
Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
Wait few minutes and try test services again.

 

Can you try and manually connect to iD mobile network via the steps.

 

Android: 
 
Swipe down on the main screen to reveal the notifications panel
Tap the settings icon
Tap Connections
Tap Mobile networks
Tap the switch button to turn Select automatically off
Select iD mobile
Wait few minutes and try test services again.
