social media not working

My daughters iPhone 13 has suddenly stopped working when on 4G. She can send iMessages but can’t use any social media. We have tried resetting network settings, airplane mode etc…. Any ideas? Thanks all

    Thanks for your reply. The only thing that seems to work is being able to send iMessages. Snap, insta, TikTok all not working.

    Purely when using data. WiFi is completely fine.
