Question

"Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number"

Since Tuesday morning I’ve been unable to make phone calls. I either get an engaged tone, or a message saying “sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”.

This has now resulted in me being unable to phone my GP in order to make a critical appointment.

Can someone please tell me what I need to do to get a working phone service?

I’ve got an eSIM on a Samsung Galaxy S23.

Thanks.

@pidgin  A inconvenience to you but I take it everything was work fine with your current setup (phone and Sim).. I'd advise you to check your full postal code on this link below to see if any faults have been reported or on-going work in the area.

It sounds as a network problem hopefully you won't be out of service to long.
