Hi @Adam1234 ,

Thanks for getting in touch. I’m really sorry you’re dealing with a split port issue — I know how frustrating that can be when you just want everything to work properly.
A split port usually happens when part of your number transfer completes but some services (like calls or texts) don’t fully switch over. Here are a few quick things you can try:

-Restart your device – This often helps refresh the network connection.
-Check your SIM/eSIM settings – Make sure the correct profile is active.
-Test your services – Try making a call and sending a text to see what’s working.

If it’s still not sorted after that, please reach out to us via Facebook or Instagram, Live Chat, Community, or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk with your account details. We’ll make sure this gets fixed for you as quickly as possible.

Kind Regards,
Lamiya

I have tried all the steps restarting device checking its in sim port 1 updating the device manually switching network operators resetting network settings etc. I can make calls fine just can't receive them I was advised through live chat to get a new sim but read up and says not to as this can worsen the issue. I am pretty sure it is a split port issue and id mobile need to liase with Vodafone to rectify
