stopped receiving OTP codes from bank

Phone: OPPO Reno13 5G, physical SIM card,

I've tried restarting, deleting cache, confirmed my number receives other SMS messages, checked to make sure no numbers were blocked. The last code I received from the bank was from the 24th of August, I also checked with the bank and nothing seemed to have changed on their end. Was there an update on your end or something? please help!

    Thank you for the detailed troubleshooting steps you've already tried, that's really helpful.

     

    Just to clarify, are you currently unable to receive any texts from your bank specifically, or has this affected texts from other senders too?
