I want to switch from an Id mobile monthly plan to an Id mobile sim only. i have bought and downloadwd an esim. how do I keep my own number when Im not switching network but want to move over to sim only?

Thanks for getting in touch.

To keep your existing number while moving between plans, this would normally need to be done as an upgrade on your current account, rather than setting up a new eSIM plan separately.

At present, we’re not able to transfer a number directly from one iD Mobile plan to another once a new plan has been created. Because of this, you’ll need to contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat first so they can check whether the new plan can be cancelled or returned.

Once this has been reviewed, they’ll be able to pass you through to our Sales team, who can then help you upgrade correctly to a SIM only plan while keeping your existing number.
