swtiching form anither network to id but couldnt use the data

Just activate the id esim switched from three but iam unable to use data could you help me to next step for that or just need to wait?

I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble.

Could you please try the following:

Make sure the iD Mobile SIM/eSIM is in the device and is set as the active SIM for calls, texts and mobile data.
Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
Check that you have signal bars showing.
Ensure Mobile Data is enabled.
Check that Network Selection is set to Automatic.
If you have a dual-SIM device, make sure the iD Mobile SIM is selected as the default for the service you're having trouble with.

iPhone

Go to Settings > Mobile Service.
Check that the iD Mobile SIM/eSIM is turned on.
Make sure it's selected for Voice and Mobile Data.
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset.
Tap Reset Network Settings.

Android

Go to Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections).
Check that the iD Mobile SIM/eSIM is enabled.
Ensure it's set as the preferred SIM for calls, texts and data.
Go to Settings > System (or General Management) > Reset.
Select Reset Network Settings.
