I’ve been a customer in the past of Three for many years and there is no way ID Mobile is getting the same level service, it just can’t be with the absolute rubbish coverage I’m getting!!!

Where ever I go I struggle to get simple data even though it shows 3 bars 4G and 5G. Browsing the net or watching YouTube is an absolute nightmare and I’m in the middle of Manchester! I’m using a iPhone 15, in some areas I can dial *#100# to force 3G and just like magic my YouTube will play without a single bit of buffering! 4G is a case of a few minutes or seconds of play then it will freeze, 5G even with 3 bars won’t even load the YouTube thumbnails of the videos. 
 

It’s absolutely shocking!!! How are they getting away with it?
