Text Unavailable - Contract not valid ?

I cannot get text messaging to work on my ID number. ID chat cannot help. Therefore would this be good grounds to expunge contract without penalty ?

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with text messaging. We’d love to fix this before discussing your contract. Please try:

    -Restart your phone
    -Check SMS settings
    T-oggle Airplane Mode

    If it still doesn’t work, contact us via Live Chat, socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk, or our socials. We’ll investigate and review options if the issue can’t be resolved.
