there is no network in the area where i work

Thank you for your post.  I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with your network in TA5 1FB, especially when it’s affecting important work calls.

I’ve checked our internal coverage checker, and it still shows that there is congestion in your area. Network congestion happens when more users are trying to use the network at the same time than it can comfortably handle, which can lead to reduced signal, slower data speeds, or difficulty making and receiving calls.

We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you rely on your phone for work. While this is being monitored, the issue may improve at different times of the day depending on network demand.
