unable to make calls dur to spend cap

I have a spend cap of £0 as I have unlimited calls and never make other types of calls. I am trying to call mobile numbers, all UK based, for a service worker. I keep getting the message that I’m unable to due to my spend cap. I’ve tried all different mobiles and I keep getting the message but have no issue calling numbers in my contacts. Why is this?

I have the same issue, even with numbers in my contacts!  Live-chat cannot seem to resolve this issue, they have given me a replacement sim, unfortunately this still has the issue!  this is so frustrating! has anyone managed to have this resolved yet?

We also have this same issue,  we cant even call our closest family members in our contact list, we have this sim in our grandsons fones, the contract is unlimited calls and text and a 80g of data so he should be able to get hold of us at any time should he need us. This has been going on a few weeks now, so its really thrusting, and we are paying for a service we cant use.

Hi @Jaxonjo ,

Thank you for sharing this with us. I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been unable to make calls to your closest family members.

Here are a few steps you can try to get things working:

1. Check Network Settings

Make sure the phone is showing full signal and connected to the iD Mobile network.
If not, try turning Airplane Mode on and off, or restart the device.

2. Update SIM Settings

On Android: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators, and select iD Mobile manually.
On iPhone: Go to Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection, and choose iD Mobile.

3.  Reset Network Settings

On Android: Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Network Settings.
On iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

4.Check Call Blocking or Restrictions

Ensure there are no call restrictions or parental controls enabled that might block outgoing calls.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact us so we can investigate further:
