Hi there ID. Unable to make outgoing calls

Hi ​@Lorddad,

 

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with making calls, please try the steps below, depending on the type of phone you have:

 

For Android:

  • Open Settings
  • Tap General Management
  • Tap Reset
  • Select Reset network settings

 

For iPhone:

  • Go to General, scroll down and click reset or transfer iPhone.
  • Click Reset
  • Click Reset Network Settings.
  • Once the iPhone is open.
  • Go to Settings
  • Messages Turn ON iMessage.
  • This will recognize the new sim and have it verified.

 

Your iPhone or Android should now recognise the SIM and resolve the issue, if this does not work, please let us know.
