I can't make or receive calls. Ive contacted my mum & husband via messenger & they too are unable to make/receive calls. We are in the West Yorkshire area.

    Hi @Lisamd71 ,

    - I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially since others in your area are experiencing the same issue.
It sounds like there may be a temporary network problem in West Yorkshire. Here are a few quick steps you can try while we check this further:

-Restart your phone to refresh the connection.
-Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off again.
-Check if calls work over Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Calling) if available.

This isn’t just isolated to West Yorkshire.

downdectector is reporting outages across the whole country.

We’ve had poor signal in east anglia for about a week, and no service at all for the whole day.

Any idea when the service will be restored?

Hi Lanmiya, We've tried those suggestions & it hasn't made any difference, sadly.

Hi Ladybug, you're right, it seems it could be other areas in the UK also.

I hope it won't be off for much longer!

    Hi @LadyBug

    Thank you for your message.

I’m really sorry for the disruption this is causing. We’re currently experiencing a confirmed outage affecting calls and PAC code requests. Our technicians are actively working to fix this as soon as possible, and we expect it to be resolved within the next 24 hours.
We know this isn’t ideal, but we won’t leave you in the dark. Compensation will be provided for each day you’re affected. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
