Unable to receive OTP communication from banks and commercial organisation

Since the 30th of October, I am not able to receive any OTP from banks or financial institutions. This is causing major probems.

It seems several other people have reported the same problem on this discussion forum, but I an yet to see a resolution from ID mobile.

Thank you for letting us know about this,  I completely understand how frustrating it must be not being able to receive OTPs, especially when it affects your banking and financial transactions.
In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:


-Restart your device to refresh the network connection.
-Check your signal strength and ensure you have a stable mobile network.
-Turn Airplane Mode on and off to reset connectivity.
-Clear any SMS blocking settings or apps that might prevent messages from coming through.
-Ensure your number is registered correctly with your bank for OTP delivery.
