    Hi @Alexf96

If you're seeing the error message "Service not activated on network" whenever you try to send a text, there are a few things that could be causing it.

    Please try the following steps:

1.Restart your phone and try sending a text again.

2.Check that your SIM is active and properly inserted in your device.

3.Make sure you're connected to the iD Mobile network and have signal.

4.If you've recently joined iD Mobile, switched SIMs, or had a replacement SIM, ensure the SIM has been fully activated on the account.

5.If you're trying to send picture messages (MMS), check that:

    -Mobile data is turned on.

-Your spend cap allows out-of-plan charges, as MMS messages are chargeable on iD Mobile.

If the issue affects all text messages and not just picture messages, please contact our Live Chat team so we can check that your messaging service is fully active on the network and that there are no account-level restrictions preventing texts from being sent.

To help investigate further, please let us know:

The make and model of your phone.
Whether you can receive texts and make calls.
If the issue is with standard SMS messages, picture messages (MMS), or both.

    Hi @Sharif Ali

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble sending texts.

If this has only started within the last 30 minutes, please try the following quick checks:

    1.Restart your phone.
2.Make sure you have a good network signal.
3.Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then switch it off again.
4.Check whether you're able to make and receive calls.
5.Try sending a text to a different number.

If you've recently changed phones, switched SIM cards, or activated a replacement SIM, this could also affect text messaging services until everything is fully registered on the network.

To help us investigate further, please let us know:

The make and model of your phone.
Whether you can receive texts and make calls.
Any error message you see when attempting to send a text.

We'll then be able to advise on the next steps.
