I’m really sorry to hear about this, I can understand how worrying it must be, especially when it’s affecting something as important as your NHS appointments.

Just to reassure you, we do not have the ability to block NHS numbers or prevent appointments from coming through. However, I do appreciate it may feel like something is being blocked if calls or messages aren’t coming through as expected.
 

To help you get this sorted, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Check if the number has been accidentally blocked in your phone’s blocked contacts list
• Make sure “Do Not Disturb” or call filtering/silencing settings are turned off
• Restart your phone
• Ensure you have a signal or try switching Airplane Mode on and off
• If it’s a call issue, try saving the number again and calling it directly
• Check if any spam or call protection apps are filtering unknown or important numbers
