veey poor signal

Hi, I’ve recently joined ID mobile. I’m experiencing ridiculously poor signal in my work place. I have never ever had issues with my previous provider. It worries me as my children would not be able to contact me if there was an emergency and I have also missed important calls due to this. the issue isn’t with the phone. Is anyone able to offer advice or if they have had the same sort of issue, what was done (if anything) to rectify this?

Taking a look the area of IP4 5PD is a patchy and weak zone for our signal, we’d expect this area and potentially areas around it to have some issues, sorry.

Do you have a number I can call to discuss this? I spend an awful lot of time here and it concerns me I cannot be contacted.

I tried that. Took me ages to get to speak to an actual person.  They gave me instructions to try. Did that, it didn’t work but by then I had lost the chat! It’s a really frustrating system id mobile has
