Hi, I’ve recently joined ID mobile. I’m experiencing ridiculously poor signal in my work place. I have never ever had issues with my previous provider. It worries me as my children would not be able to contact me if there was an emergency and I have also missed important calls due to this. the issue isn’t with the phone. Is anyone able to offer advice or if they have had the same sort of issue, what was done (if anything) to rectify this?
