Very bad signal ! I cannot use my phone ! peterborough.

Hi.i've got samsung s23 ultra.My signal is really bad since i've paid my phone off,it went that bad-i cant even ring or text when ever i really needed,never mind internet, its terrible.i dont know what shill i do couse i rang them up couple times and explained my situation all they did is changed my sim card twice but that doesnt help ,i still cant use my phone like satnav when i need to drive it really puts me down i feel lost .My contract is for 24 month so i cant even cancel it .please help !!!

We’re very sorry to hear that you have been experiencing such poor signal and service on your Samsung S23 Ultra, especially after already contacting us previously and trying replacement SIM cards without improvement. We completely understand how frustrating and stressful this must be, particularly when you are unable to reliably make calls, send texts, or use important services such as navigation whilst driving.

 

Please try the following troubleshooting steps, as these can sometimes help improve connection stability and network performance:

  • Restart the handset completely
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON for 60 seconds, then OFF again
  • Ensure the handset software is fully up to date:
    • Settings > Software Update

We would also recommend manually setting the handset to 4G/LTE only temporarily:

  • Settings
  • Connections
  • Mobile Networks
  • Network Mode
  • Select LTE/4G

Please also:

  • Ensure Mobile Data is enabled
  • Turn Wi-Fi Calling OFF temporarily for testing
  • Reset the network settings:
    • Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings
  • Remove and reinsert the SIM card carefully
  • Test the handset outdoors where possible to compare signal performance

If available, please also test:

  • Your SIM in another handset
  • Another SIM in your Samsung S23 Ultra
