Very poor reception in S80

Good morning.

I have been using the reception checker as reception  is terrible for months now and keep getting the same message that ID mobile are aware of issues in the area (s80) and are working quickly to resolve the issues. What are the issues and why is it taking so long? I am running out of patience  and am considering  moving providers.

Some time scale would be nice as the issues are getting worse. A home visit by an engineer would be nice as my property is a total blacksmith as is the surrounding area.

Hi ​@Dimebar67  I’m afraid we don’t have an update. Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should or need updating. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this happened to you. Our engineers will be working as fast as they can to resolve this.
