Hey there @Mark Bryan, what’s the full postcode and what device do you have please?

Thanks,

Hi, unfortunately not, however the postcode is DE64PP where the signal is very poor / virtually non existent.

The coverage and status checks do not highlight a problem within this location, however been using the ID SIM card for 2 weeks now without luck

Can you try switching to 4G only to see if that helps? Do you have Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE enabled @Mark Bryan ?

Yes, tried switching to 4G and tried volte on and off without success unfortunately....think I'm going to change to Vodafone network as I know that works etc

Thanks

I understand that @Mark Bryan

Three have merged with Vodafone so services should be improving; however, this is not an instant thing.

We would be happy to look into this issue further with you if you like?
