Hi, unfortunately not, however the postcode is DE64PP where the signal is very poor / virtually non existent.

The coverage and status checks do not highlight a problem within this location, however been using the ID SIM card for 2 weeks now without luck

Can you try switching to 4G only to see if that helps? Do you have Wi-Fi calling and VoLTE enabled @Mark Bryan ?

    I understand that @Mark Bryan

Three have merged with Vodafone so services should be improving; however, this is not an instant thing.

We would be happy to look into this issue further with you if you like?

    Hi @Aqeel Aslam.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that your signal strength has been weak over the past couple of weeks.

Can you please check our coverage checker for your specific area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage.

Also try removing and reinserting your SIM card

If possible, try your SIM in another phone; this will help determine whether the issue lies with the handset or the SIM itself.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
