vodafone / ID mast sharing

Just joined ID and so far very unimpressed, your network cannot handle signal in any building and only seems to work in open air !!  Signal shows 4g 1bar as standard and performs like 48k dial  up then jumps to 5g as soon as outside again ! This is the same in any building in the centre of a town !
I was previously with Vodafone and had superb coverage consistently 

 I am aware you have merged with Vodafone I need to know how soon you  will be mast sharing around Norfolk as this will fix the issue  and should make id mobile the best option overall for both price and coverage ,

You can check the coverage in your area using the coverage checker. However the link below may help you with the issue.

Are you serious ?? 
My service is bad ! How will this help ?? 
 

i checked you coverage checker before joining and of course it says I have great coverage in my area  

however this is not the case !
