I have a Pixel 6 and voice over WiFi is not working for me.
- Voice over Wifi setting is turned on
- My number appears correctly under sim settings
- RCS chat works fine and my number also appears correctly there
- Dialling #*#*INFO#*#* lets me see the IMS settings where voice over WiFi is ‘Unavailable’
- I have just spent over an hour on live chat to someone who offered 0 help and disconnected me
As far as I understand, this setting is on the ID mobile side. Can you advise how I can get someone from ID mobile to look at this issue for me? I will be cancelling and complaining if this is not resolved, as I pay for the advertised calling over WiFi.
