Voice over WiFi disabled in IMS settings

I have a Pixel 6 and voice over WiFi is not working for me.

  • Voice over Wifi setting is turned on
  • My number appears correctly under sim settings
  • RCS chat works fine and my number also appears correctly there
  • Dialling #*#*INFO#*#* lets me see the IMS settings where voice over WiFi is ‘Unavailable’
  • I have just spent over an hour on live chat to someone who offered 0 help and disconnected me

As far as I understand, this setting is on the ID mobile side. Can you advise how I can get someone from ID mobile to look at this issue for me? I will be cancelling and complaining if this is not resolved, as I pay for the advertised calling over WiFi.

Hi Michael, appreciate your response. I responded within 3 minutes and still waiting to hear back from you.

I have a very similar problem to this. Until recently I was able to restore the absent switches  allowing me to force calls over wifi calling using Pixel IMS and Shizuzu. But Google closed this route in December.

Is there any further prospect of an improvement here?
