Voice over Wifi setting is turned on My number appears correctly under sim settings RCS chat works fine and my number also appears correctly there Dialling #*#*INFO#*#* lets me see the IMS settings where voice over WiFi is ‘Unavailable’ I have just spent over an hour on live chat to someone who offered 0 help and disconnected meAs far as I understand, this setting is on the ID mobile side. Can you advise how I can get someone from ID mobile to look at this issue for me? I will be cancelling and complaining if this is not resolved, as I pay for the advertised calling over WiFi.

As far as I understand, this setting is on the ID mobile side. Can you advise how I can get someone from ID mobile to look at this issue for me? I will be cancelling and complaining if this is not resolved, as I pay for the advertised calling over WiFi.

I have a very similar problem to this. Until recently I was able to restore the absent switches allowing me to force calls over wifi calling using Pixel IMS and Shizuzu. But Google closed this route in December.

Is there any further prospect of an improvement here?
