When I first got my iD SIM card, everything was fine, but suddenly, I’ve just been unable to receive any text messages. This means no one-time passwords for websites and my bank transfers. It’s really important I get this fixed soon. Sometimes I get text messages flooding in when I’m in a car in some random area, and then never again. I’ve turned my phone off and on again (didn’t work) and took the sim card out and then put it back in again (also didn’t work.) What am I meant to do? 

This happened in the last week or so. I want to reiterate that I can call people, but I’m not able to send or receive any text messages.
