I do apologise that you are having call issues. This can happen for a few different reasons such as poor signal coverage, network issues in your area, SIM card problems, or a handset fault.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your phone.
- Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
- Check that your software is fully updated.
- Remove and reinsert the SIM card if possible.
- Try making calls in a different location to see if the issue improves.
- Ensure WiFi Calling or VoLTE settings are enabled if your handset supports them.
