So when I make calls they’re great quality but any calls I receive sound terrible and hard to understand. This becomes hard when it’s someone like the doctor calling.

why is my call quality terrible when others call me but not when i call them back.

hi, so it’s a iPhone 15 pro. And the problems have been for 2 years I just did not receive calls often and only just realised it’s on my end that’s the issue

Are you hearing a crackling sound whenever you receive a call? If so, the issue might be with the earpiece at the top of your phone, it could be faulty or damaged.

I can send calls and hear perfectly it’s just when I receive them. Even on Bluetooth this happens
