Why has id mobile phone signal gone terrible

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear signal has gotten worse.

Here are a few things to try;

- Check our coverage checker for your specific area: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage
- Try removing and reinserting your SIM card
- If possible, try your SIM in another phone, this will help determine whether the issue lies with the handset or the SIM itself
