Calling using Wifi is not working in my work place .
I tested network settings, changed SIM card , changed phone from iPhone 15 to 17 pro and still not working ,but only in work place . I contacted IT service at work , they did some test and didn’t find any blockage. WiFi Service signal is fine . I can’t call anyone, when I try to call nothing goes through but on the other side the person receives a phone call from me but answering they can’t hear me and they are unable to call me .But I am receiving text messages . I even went to Apple Store , they did some tests , all is good. Any ideas ? It’s frustrating, I have kids in school, and school is unable to contact me if they need to .

WiFi calling primarily uses UDP ports 500 and 4500 for secure IPsec tunnelling (IKE/NAT traversal) and often TCP port 443 for management, along with a range like UDP 16384-49327 for Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) voice data, though specific ports can vary slightly by carrier, with older systems using SIP/TLS on port 5061. These ports need to be open on your router's firewall for Wi-Fi calling to work effectively.
