wifi calling issue after roaming abroad

Since returning from Italy, my Pixel 7 Pro no longer registers for Wi-Fi Calling. In the Android testing menu (##4636##), VoLTE Provisioned and Wi-Fi Calling Provisioned are both disabled. How do I reprovision my IMS services or refresh my eSIM profile?

    Hi ​@P37CY,

     

    I am sorry that your Wi-Fi calling stopped working once you returned to the UK. 

     

    Please try the following steps: 

     

    1. Turn Wi‑Fi Calling off, if the option is still available in:
      Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > your iD Mobile SIM > Wi‑Fi Calling.
    1. Restart the phone.
    1. Reset the network stack:
      Settings > System > Reset options > Reset mobile network settings.
      If needed, also do Reset Wi‑Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
    1. Remove and re-add the eSIM:
      Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > select your iD eSIM > Erase SIM.
      Then re-download the eSIM from the iD Mobile app
