wifi calling n/w

iPhone 16pro

 

done everything suggested in other threads but still n/w on home network.  Wife’s 11pro on ID does work.

 

Hopefully a tech will come along and open a ticket.

I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing issues despite trying the troubleshooting steps, especially as your wife’s device on the same network is working. I appreciate how frustrating this must be.

 

As the issue persists on your handset only, we will need to escalate this to our technical team for further investigation. They will be able to review your connection in more detail and raise a fault ticket if required.

Please send us a private message so that we can look into the issue and escalate to our technical team. In the meantime, please try the following steps: 

 

For iPhone (iOS) – Reset Network Settings:
Go to Settings → General.
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings.
Confirm the reset when prompted.
Once complete, return to the home screen and restart your iPhone.

Additionally, you may want to try the following steps:
Reinsert your SIM or try it in another phone. This will help determine whether the issue is with the handset or the SIM card.
