    Hi @Maydaynay,

Thanks for getting in touch and I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing.

If your WiFi is turning off automatically on your Android device, this is usually caused by a device setting rather than a network issue. Please try the following steps:

    1. Disable WiFi power saving / adaptive WiFi

    • Go to Settings
    • Tap Connections or Network & Internet
    • Tap WiFi
    • Open Advanced settings
    • Turn OFF WiFi power saving mode or Adaptive WiFi (if available)

    2. Turn off automatic switching to mobile data

    • Go to Settings > WiFi
    • Look for Intelligent WiFi / WiFi+ / Adaptive connectivity
    • Turn OFF options like:
      • Switch to mobile data
      • Smart network switch

    3. Disable Battery Saver

    • Go to Settings > Battery
    • Make sure Power Saving Mode is switched OFF, as this can disable WiFi in the background

    4. Keep WiFi on during sleep

Go to Settings > WiFi > Advanced
Set Keep WiFi on during sleep to Always

    5. Reset network settings (if needed)

    • Go to Settings > General Management / System
    • Tap Reset
    • Select Reset Network Settings

If the issue continues after trying the above, it may be worth checking device-specific settings based on your handset model.

    Regards,
