Can I cancel or change my order before it arrives?

In some rare cases, we are able to cancel or change an order before it arrives. Here’s everything you need to know:

 

I ordered a Phone or Accessory.

 

If you haven’t received your ‘Order Processed’ email yet, you may still be able to cancel or change your order. Once the email is sent, your order has been picked, and no changes can be made.

Don’t worry if this happens! You can simply return the phone or accessory once it arrives. Check out the Community article below for more helpful information:

 

 

I ordered a SIM or eSIM.

 

Unfortunately, once a SIM or eSIM order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel it. You’ll need to wait for your SIM to arrive in the post, or for your eSIM to be sent to your email, and then initiate a return. Check out the Community article below for more helpful information:
