Can I cancel or change my order before it arrives?

Changed your mind about an order? We understand it happens. Here’s how you can cancel or change it:

 

I ordered a Phone or Accessory.

 

If you haven’t received a ‘Your iD Mobile Order Update’ email yet, you may still be able to cancel or change your order. Please contact our Live Chat team as soon as possible.

Once we've sent this email, it means our warehouse team has already packed your order and we can no longer change it.

Don’t worry if this happens! You can simply return the phone or accessory once it arrives. Check out the Community article below for more helpful information:

 

 

I ordered a SIM or eSIM.

 

Because SIM and eSIM orders are processed instantly, we're unable to cancel or change them once they've been placed. You’ll need to wait for your SIM to arrive in the post, or for your eSIM to be sent to your email, and then initiate a return.
