Address update

I updated my address with the guy on the phone who I ordered my new device with yet I have just received an email with the invoice on showing my old address. I need to know ASAP that my new device is going to be delivered to the correct address!

    I have updated my new address but still its showing me old address on my bill please help me

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    If you’ve recently updated your address, the new address will only appear on your next bill once it has been generated.

     

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend the address shown on a bill that has already been generated, so any previous bills will continue to display the address that was registered at the time.
