Please note that gift cards, such as Currys or Amazon vouchers, can take up to 120 days (approximately four months) to arrive by email. In the meantime, we recommend checking your inbox, including your Junk and Spam folders, in case the email has been filtered.

If you purchased your plan through a third-party affiliate, such as MoneySavingExpert or Uswitch, iD Mobile does not issue the gift card directly. You’ll need to contact the affiliate network at:

• providing your order number and purchase date so they can investigate this for you.

If you purchased your plan directly from iD Mobile and have not received your gift card within the expected timeframe, you can raise the issue with Giftcloud using the link below:
