Can't change delivery address for phone upgrade

Hi,

I recently upgraded my phone, however forgot to change my address on my iD account. I didn’t realise it would automatically be delivered here. Unfortunately I no longer live at this address, and the phone has already been unsuccessfully delivered to this address, as a pin is needed to accept the order. I have tried contacting DPD and iD for support but they have not been able to change the shipping address. How can I change it??

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry for the hassle this has caused I completely understand how frustrating that must be.

 

I do need to be clear here: once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address. This applies even if the delivery hasn’t been successful, as the parcel is already with the courier and secured with a PIN.

 

In this situation, as delivery has failed, the handset will be returned to our warehouse by DPD. Once it arrives back with us, it will be processed as a return automatically.

 

After the return has been completed, you’ll then need to place a new order with the correct address details.

 

I know that’s not the outcome you were hoping for, but this process ensures the security of your order and prevents it from being redirected incorrectly.
