Need to cancel an order because I misunderstood something, tried via live chat but your AI chatbot is abysmal and despite it being within live times it couldn’t connect me to a live agent, so I’m having to post here for help

Just tell the bot you want to speak to a person.

That’s why I was complaining about the AI - it kept telling me agents were not available
