canceling my recent phone and sim order

Hiya all. 
 

just wondering if anybody knows how to cancel an order I’ve not received yet? I ordered an IPhone 17pro max a few hours ago and I would just like to cancel it as my boyfriend bought me a new iPhone after I’d purchased this one. 
 

I don’t think I’ve gone through the credit check yet, because I haven’t received my confirmation email, but I did get a text from ID.

    Do it via the id APP, or CHAT PAGE.
