Cashed in an old phone

Hello I have cashed in an old Iphone 15 Plus which I had applied for online and got sent the letter to 85 chapeltown street M12BQ. I have still not received or heard anything about this since. This was under the name Lucy Harries.

    Hi @wikanowak.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you haven't heard anything back regarding your trade-in.

As this relates to a device trade-in, this is handled by Curry's rather than iD Mobile directly, so I'd recommend reaching out to them using one of the following options so they can look into the status of your trade-in for you:

    Curry's: 0344 561 0000
    Trade-in: 0370 111 6565
    Email: TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk

They'll be able to check the details against the letter you received and give you an update on where things stand.

    Thanks,

    Marquerita
