I have ordered a phone but I forgot to change my delivery address from the billing address so now DPD is trying to deliver to my parents who are out most of the week. Is there any way to change the delivery address?

To change your address, you should contact the live-chat team via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat. They will require proof of your new address to complete the change. 

Alternatively, you can also change your billing address in the iD Mobile app or on my.idmobile.co.uk.

    Have you asked DPD, ​@Js46811? 

    Once they have the consignment from iD, you might be able to change the delivery address.

    We’d recommend the same as ​@WelshPaul above, the easiest way to change your billing address would be to use the app.
