how do i change my delivery address for my new phone , and also i carnt go any further with the app cos its asking me for a telephone num er which i dont have yet

I’m really sorry for the trouble you’re having.  I can completely understand how frustrating it is when you’re stuck during setup and can’t even get into the app.

As your phone hasn’t been fully set up yet, the system is asking for a mobile number to verify your account, which is why you’re unable to proceed in the app.
 

To change your delivery address:
• This usually can’t be changed directly in the app once an order is placed
• It will need to be updated by our team before dispatch or delivery
• If the order is already processing, we may need to contact the courier (DPD) to update it

• If it’s already been dispatched, you can try to arrange redirection or re-delivery options with DPD
