Change delivery address without help chat

I bought a pay monthly phone and I realised that I had put the wrong address in. Once I realised this the agent help chat and phone help chat services were unavailable. I have now received the “Your ID Mobile order update” email and I didn't have the chance to try to change the delivery address or cancel my order.

What should I do?

Go to id CHAT page, type SPEAK TO A PERSON.

I’m really sorry this happened, I understand how worrying it is when the delivery address is entered incorrectly. I
 

Since you have received the “Your ID Mobile order update” email, the order may already be being processed for dispatch, which can limit changes to the delivery address.
 

Please contact the courier (DPD**) as soon as possible to request a delivery address change.

When contacting DPD, provide:
• Your tracking number
• Order reference
• Correct delivery address
 

If the parcel is still in transit, they may be able to update the delivery details for you.
